To permanently summon a creature, monster, or other being you must have the spell soul trap and the monster summon spell on you, than you go to a spell maker and make summon whatever monster duration 1 and then add soul trap duration 1 then cast the spell at the ground all the way at the ground basically straight down or else the game will crash. And basically you will have a permanent summoned monster, creature, or being.
