the pros of no cheating is that u get to play the real game but at a slower rate.  the cons of no cheats is you can't fight and kill enemys as fast as when you cheat.

To permanently summon a creature, monster, or other being you must have the spell soul trap and the monster summon spell on you, than you go to a spell maker and make summon whatever monster duration 1 and then add soul trap duration 1 then cast the spell at the ground all the way at the ground basically straight down or else the game will crash.  And basically you will have a permanent summoned monster, creature, or being.

i believe that becoming a morrowind vampire is a very bad idea unless you have enough skills, spells, and weapons.  Otherwise u will never be able to get any good spells train any skills with money or buy any really good weapons.  So please think about becoming a vampire before doing so.
